A 12-month program to support your sound practice with space to develop and expand in your own way ~ in a community focused on self-transformation ~ enrollment for 2026 starting in January

The SOUND SANCTUARY COMMUNITY is a year-long journey with guidance alongside others choosing to explore this profound path.

COMMUNITY MENTORSHIP INCLUDES:
~ 4-6 group sound sanctuary online sessions a month. These will include chanting & sound yoga practice, Hanuman Satsang, as well as time spent on special topics and/or member led sessions with individual coaching, guidance and Q & A (Chakra energetics, Harmonium, Mantra, Vocal Warmups, Meditation techniques and more.)

~ Seasonal Guest presentations throughout the year on related topics (Vedic Astrology, MicroChakra Psychology, Ayurveda, Yoga practice, Meditation, Music among others)
~ Hanuman Chalisa Course in Spring & Fall PLUS access to ALL online workshops (pop-ups)

~ 2-4 Seasonal Mind/Body cleanses with meal plan & daily mantra sound sessions to clear and update the subtle body. (5 mornings in a row of Mantra & Chakra sounds, with cleanse materials, recordings and cohort connection for support.)
~ Extensive Library of resources. Includes Harmonium & Indian Sargam courses plus chant music for popular kirtans (from Krishna Das and others) traditional versions & Kavita’s original music.

~ Library of Sound Yoga Sessions - For vocal practice in different Raga’s and multiple SA (pitches) for extensive self-study.

~ Initial 1/2 hour private session to set goals and intentions for the year plus 1-2 additional check-in sessions.


~ Tuition discount for local retreats in the Pacific Northwest ($108 off) or International ($350 off)

~ Real connections with a growth community interested in exploring and transforming life through presence & Practice!

PRIVATE MENTORSHIP COHORT -which includes all of the above as well as:

~ 1:1 sessions (10-12 / yr)

~ Personalized goal-setting and support for your journey, access and connection with Kavita as needed.

~ 1 monthly cohort session & goal tracking with other mentees

6 spaces open for 2026 private mentorship cohort.
